1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EventStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
EventStack provides an event-driven workflow runtime for organization-scoped operational events, reactions, traces, projections, sandbox testing, replay workflows, and public status or changelog projections. The public beta service is not marketed as enterprise high availability.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and integration credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that event payloads are lawful and authorized.
4. Trial and Promotional Terms
EventStack does not offer a public launch trial or promotional discount unless a signed order form, checkout page, or written offer from EventStack explicitly says otherwise. If a trial or promotion is offered, the offer will identify duration, price after the promotion, cancellation timing, and any usage limits.
5. Data Processing Addendum
Business customers that need a Data Processing Addendum may request one at support@useeventstack.app. Do not send secrets, credentials, or payment-card data in the request.
6. Support and Security Contacts

7. Limitation of Liability
EventStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
