2. The service
UseEventStack is an operational event platform. Current product surfaces include organisation-scoped operational event ingestion, custom event contracts, workflow execution, traces and event graphs, projections, sandbox testing, replay, API keys, TypeScript and Rust SDKs, dashboard surfaces, and public status and changelog projections. Stripe-hosted pages support payment and billing flows.

4. Customer data and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for Customer data submitted to the service. You must have all rights, permissions, and notices required to submit and process that data. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
Read the Acceptable Use PolicyThe Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited activity and payload restrictions.
5. Billing and payments
Where paid plans are offered, pricing, usage limits, and billing terms shown in the applicable checkout, order form, or billing portal apply. Payment processing and subscription management are performed through Stripe-hosted pages. UseEventStack does not store full payment-card numbers.
Read Cancellation & RefundsCancellation, downgrade, and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Changes, availability, and support
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, limits, integrations, or documentation. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers, liability, and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
