1. Authorised use
You may use UseEventStack only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these policies, the Terms of Service, and the permissions granted to you by the relevant organisation. You are responsible for the actions of users and systems that use your account or API keys.
2. Prohibited activity
- Break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, conduct fraud, or facilitate unauthorised access.
- Attack, probe, overload, scrape, exfiltrate from, or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or another organisation.
- Bypass rate limits, plan limits, access controls, replay safeguards, billing controls, or security measures.
- Use the service to send spam, credential-stuffing traffic, abusive notifications, or deceptive communications.
- Misrepresent the service as providing a capability that it does not provide.
3. Payload and content restrictions
UseEventStack processes operational event data. It is not designed as a secret-management, credential-storage, or payment-card-data system. Do not submit data that you are not authorised to process.
4. Resource and workflow use
Do not create excessive ingestion, sandbox, workflow, replay, or notification activity that harms the service or other users. Do not use workflows, event graphs, public projections, or integrations to relay abusive content, conceal malicious activity, or evade operational limits.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, subject to applicable law. We may preserve information needed to investigate abuse or meet legal obligations.
