1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as account details, organization membership, support messages, billing identifiers, integration settings, and event data submitted through EventStack.
2. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect about you to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to process transactions, send related information, and provide customer support.
3. Information Sharing
We may share personal information with service providers that help operate EventStack, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and support tooling. Payment-card details are collected by Stripe-hosted checkout or portal pages and are not stored by EventStack.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
5. Data Retention
Organization owners can configure event, sandbox, audit-log, and projection retention settings from dashboard governance controls where available. Security and audit records may be retained longer when needed for abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing records, or service integrity.
6. Data Export and Deletion
Organization owners can request data exports and deletion workflows from dashboard governance controls. Export jobs can include events, workflow traces, projections, audit logs, and slice configuration. Organization deletion in the MVP creates an auditable request and is not an instant destructive tenant teardown.
