1. Cancellation
You may cancel your EventStack subscription at any time. Manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for plan downgrades mid-cycle.
4. Trials and Promotions
No public launch trial or promotional discount is offered unless the checkout page, a signed order form, or a written EventStack offer explicitly states the trial or promotional terms.
