1. Scope
This policy applies to paid UseEventStack subscriptions unless a signed order form, checkout page, or other written agreement expressly provides different terms. Plan availability and billing options may change as the service develops.
2. Cancellation
You may request cancellation through the Stripe-hosted billing portal made available for your account or by contacting support@useeventstack.com. Unless a different term applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and the service remains available until then.
3. Refunds and credits
Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods, except where applicable law requires a refund or where a checkout page or signed order form expressly states otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
4. Plan changes
Changes to plan level, limits, or billing cadence are subject to the options shown in the applicable billing portal or checkout flow. A downgrade may take effect at the next billing period and can affect available service limits. We do not provide mid-cycle refunds for a downgrade unless required by law or agreed in writing.
5. Payments and billing support
Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal pages process payment methods and subscription changes. UseEventStack receives billing information needed to provide the service, but does not store full payment-card numbers.
