Frequently asked questions

What counts as a billable event?
Primary events ingested via the API count towards your plan limit. Derived events produced by WASM custom actions do not count against your event quota.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You will receive a notification as you approach your limit. Ingestion continues but enforcement surfaces will prompt an upgrade. Contact us if you need a temporary increase.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Use code ANNUAL20 at checkout for 20% off when committing to annual billing.
Is there a free trial?
