Trace missing
Confirm the event exists, the worker heartbeat is healthy, and NATS is reachable.
Projection stale
Inspect runtime metrics, projection lag, failed events, and dead letters before replaying.
Billing stale
Check Stripe webhook delivery, event deduplication status, and organization billing audit entries.
When contacting support, include organization ID, environment, event ID, correlation ID, timestamp, and the page or endpoint where the issue appeared. Do not include API keys, session tokens, webhook secrets, or payment-card data.
