Connect GitHub deployment signals.

Create an inbound GitHub integration in EventStack, then configure GitHub to send deployment or workflow events to the generated adapter endpoint.

1. Open Dashboard -> Integrations -> GitHub.
2. Create or rotate the inbound secret, then set the same value as the GitHub webhook secret.
3. Configure the webhook URL as /integrations/{adapter_id}/webhook on your API host.
4. Subscribe only to the GitHub events you plan to ingest.
5. Send a test payload and check integration health plus event explorer.
